Uniform

All children at Pot Kiln primary School wear school uniform. We believe that it creates an environment of equality and mutual respect, and we encourage the children to be proud of their identity as members of our community.

The children in KS1 wear:
Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan
Gold polo shirt
Grey trousers / skirt / pinafore
Black flat shoes ( not boots)

The children in KS2 wear:
Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan
White shirt and Pot Kiln Tie
Grey trousers / skirt
Black flat shoes ( not boots)

In the summer term, grey shorts or a blue and white checked dress may be worn.
The children need to have a suitable sunhat and suncream in school during the summer months. In the cooler months the children will need a suitable coat.

In PE children wear:
White t shirt
Royal blue or black shorts
Black plimsolls
We also ask that the children bring some spare jogging bottoms and a sweatshirt for Games lessons outside especially in the cooler months.

Children are not permitted to wear earrings of any description during PE lessons. Should you wish to have your child’s ears pierced, please do this at the beginning of the summer holidays so that they can be removed at the start of term.

Please help us by labelling all items of children’s clothing.
